Clients

The type of personal information we collect that relate to prospective or current clients of our firm varies depending on the client and matter. We may collect information related to our clients’ employees, customers, and contractors, communications with our client, and other information that may be relevant for the audit, tax, and accounting services that our clients engage us for. We may collect information such as name, address, e-mail address, job title, work history, nationality, photographs, bank account information for billing or deposits purposes, website browsing history and interactions with our websites, call recordings, recordings of meetings. We may collect information directly from you when you or your authorized representative provide the information to us. We may collect information indirectly through your activities on our website and as part of the service you engage us for including through third party sources such as public records.

Mutual clients with other professionals

We may obtain personal information from other professionals who are providing service to our mutual clients.

Job Applicants

We ask candidates who are looking for a career to provide contact information, resume, transcripts, school name, graduation year, the office, department, position for which they are applying, and other information. We also may collect information from third parties such as previous employers and personal references. We may use third party contractors to collect information related to references and other employment qualifications.

Employees

Personal information that we obtain relating to our employees include name, date of birth, address, phone number, Social Security number, marital status, nationality, race, gender or sexual orientation, age, disability, photographs, bank account information for direct deposits, health insurance information, other information to administer employee benefits, browsing history and interactions with our websites and with employer-provided and bring-your-own devices, device location and IP address when employees interact with our websites and with employer-provided and bring-your-own devices, call recordings, recordings of meetings, resume, work history, school, degree, graduation year. We use employee identification and username to regulate access to our technology such as email, records and word processing. We also collect information about employees’ beneficiaries and dependents to the extent our employees choose to enroll them in our benefit plans and arrangements.

Our website is hosted on servers located in the United States of America. If you are accessing our website from the European Union, we will transfer your personal information to the United States using appropriate safeguards or only with your consent.

We share the photography images and professional experience of our certified public accountant or accountant employees and partners on our website and social media.

We may also not be able to hire you to join our team of professionals.

Aimlon CPA P.C. uses several social media platforms to provide you with easy access to relevant information and to promote our services and brand. We assume responsibility for the content that we publish using social media platforms. However, we are not responsible for managing the social media platforms. Children under age 13

We do not intentionally collect or maintain personal information about any person under the age of thirteen, except as required in our role as our clients’ certified public accountants. No parts of our Services are specifically directed to or designed to attract anyone under the age of thirteen. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a person under the age of thirteen without verification of parental/guardian consent, we will delete that information.

We will occasionally update this privacy notice as we deem necessary at our sole discretion to reflect company, users and clients’ feedback.  If there are any material changes to this privacy notice, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
