You may engage our Firm to prepare your Company’s financial statements.

An engagement to prepare financial statements does not require our Firm to verify the accuracy or completeness of management’s information or otherwise gather evidence to express an opinion or a conclusion on the financial statements or report on the financial statements.

We will meet with you to discuss your organization, and determine the nature, timing, and extent of the financial statement preparation procedures.
